Patient Responsibilities

Providing the hospital with all documents required in admission, including letter of transfer, status card, residence, etc.

Provide the hospital with accurate personal information (housing, telephone numbers, mobile ... etc)

Provide the doctor with complete and correct information about your health history and current health condition.

Attendance to the hospital before the scheduled date of admission to avoid delay in treatment or operation and inform the hospital if you can not attend.

Follow the treatment plan and inform your doctor if you need additional information about the treatment plan.

Respect the rights of other patients and employees and ensure that your visitors will do the same.
